THE PROCESS
Ritz Carlton came to us in order to build an iOS app. I created the initial wires based on a standard app layout, however, business feedback was that in order to stand out they needed the brand to have a more original interface. Going back to the drawing board, I created a layout which revolved around the home and away concept. Once a user arrived at the destination of their choice, the app would switch the home screen in order to display relevant information. The layout and UI remained unchanged for years as a testament to its success.
