EQUIPMENT WATCH

ROLE: LEAD UX/UI

THE PRODUCT

Equipmentwatch is a world leading database and information product, developed for the construction and heavy equipment industry. EQW empowers the end user by providing powerful tools in order to make more informed choices.

THE PROCESS

Starting with identifying current users and assessing their pain points we quickly itterated on a solution that included a data dashboard and user upload functionality. Business feedback concluded that we needed to mirror all current app function. Going back to the drawingboard, we revisited the current site structure and the key user flows. Using high fidelity wireframes in tandem with hallway testing we took a journey with developers, product managers and business that eventually lead to the current iteration of the EQW data product.
