Chanel is a high fashion house that specializes in haute couture and ready-to-wear clothes, luxury goods and fashion accessories.
THE PROCESS
Chanel had a basic mobile site which lacked any e-commerce function and misrepresented the nature of the brand in the mobile landscape. The account manger and I came together and created visuals in order to show the potential impact of an updated experience. The brand was impressed enough to sign a new scope of work and invited us to take part in a research study. The results of which were used to further refine the mobile experience.
